  Sorry, I was assuming from your phrasing that you'd bought a code from Amazon or something like that! You can buy download codes from game stores and Amazon and similar places. You can also skip codes entirely and buy directly from Origin (that's what I do).

  Yes, purchasing and downloading from Origin works just fine. If you purchase directly from Origin, you don't need to enter a code anywhere.
  Are you saying that you have bought a disc? If so, yes, you can register that code with Origin and then download the software from Origin.

  I gave you the link above. Go to Origin.com. Open that website, and download the Origin software from there - there will be indications on the Origin page of where to do that. After you download it, open that Origin software. Now you will see ways to create an Origin account: do that. You can't play the game without one. After you are logged in, go through the Origin store in the Origin software to find Sims 4 and purchase it. The software will step you through all the processes. There really isn't more detail that I can give you: just start at Origin.com.

  Yes. I said above that you can buy the code from Amazon. If you buy it, you will then need to download the Origin software, create an account, and register your game in that, then it will be available in Origin for downloading. You can see in the software how to do that: it's in the software's menus.
  I think you'll find this all a lot easier if you go now to download the Origin software, create an account, and take a look at what you can do in the Origin software. It's no more complicated that this site is.

  A disc does include a code.
  I personally prefer digital but physical is now possible without a disc drive. The code is included. Or you could get a code without a disc. I would go Amazon or origin. Both are trusted places. Buy new not used. Used will not work with sims 4.

  I would buy one from Origin unless you find a cheaper one on Amazon, but make sure it's not a used code/disc cuz one account can only use the code once. Doesn't matter if they used game is already uninstalled from the seller's computer. So remember to buy a new code.
  And what luthienrising has said, ultimately, you still have to make an Origin account to download and install your game using it. So you're better off downloading it from Origin. Imagine it as something like itunes.

• To do it with origin, first make sure that origin is installed.
  Once it is installed, log into your account. It might take a few moments to update. Then, at the top, you'll see a tab-type thing that says 'Store'. Click on that, and in the search engine, find The Sims 4. From there you click on it, add it to cart, and purchase it.
  After that Origin should just let you download it onto your PC. It may take quite a long time to download, depending on your computer and your internet speed.
  Even if you don't get it from Origin, it is required in the long run to play The Sims 4.
